# They are banning your Cann!
A new law will make THC beverages (like CANN) illegal starting **December 11, 2026.** But there is a better answer than a ban. Regulate these products the way we already regulate alcohol— age checks, lab testing, and honest labels (all things we already do btw).
This would eliminate the bad actors Congress was targeting with the ban in the first place, while keeping responsible players like Cann in business.
We're not asking Congress to look the other way. We're asking them to regulate instead of prohibit. Want more detail?

How much is a pallet? Is that like a lot of Cann?
Pallets are low lying platforms that help forklifts move freight more efficiently. You need a forklift or a “pallet jack” to move a pallet worth of Cann. Luckily, your pallet will come with white-glove delivery services that will take care of this for you, and even help unload your pallet tray by tray.
How much is shipping?
I’m not gonna lie to you, at a glance it’s kinda expensive! But when you do the math, it’s actually far far cheaper than what you would pay in shipping to receive this much Cann in individually packed cardboard boxes. The damage will be about $500-$800, but that cost is built into the price of the pallet, and it comes with a white-glove delivery service that will help unload all the product.
How does shipping and delivery work?
Okay so here’s the low down-
1. You place your order
2. Our white-glove delivery service will reach out to you to schedule a drop off time roughly 7 business days from when your order was placed.
Note: You must be present during the delivery of the pallet
1. The courier will reach out again 1-2 days before drop off to re-confirm all delivery details
2. The pallet will be dropped off in pallet-friendly location. (please specify on the scheduling call if you will need assistance unloading beyond this)
3. You will inspect the pallet for any damages\*, and then sign for or reject the delivery accordingly.
4. Crack open a Cann and enjoy it while you can!
_\*Before signing for delivery:_
_Inspect the shipment before signing and make sure the number of pallets/pieces matches the order._
_If there is visible damage — crushed packaging, broken pallets, leaking product, torn shrink-wrap, broken bands, etc. — do not sign the delivery receipt as “clear.” Note the damage directly on the delivery receipt before signing._
_Take photos of the pallet, packaging, and any visible damage before moving or opening the shipment._
_If there is significant damage, such as a leaking or severely crushed pallet, the consumer should have the option to refuse the shipment. This provides the strongest protection when filing a claim._
_If damage isn't discovered until after unloading, the consumer should keep all packaging and the damaged product and report it to us within 5 calendar days of delivery. Some carriers may require faster notification for concealed damage, so the sooner we know, the better._
Do I have to buy a full pallet?
No! We offer 1/4, 1/2 and full pallets. (see order page for exact quantity equivalencies)
What about expiration dates?
All orders will exclusively contain products that are at least 6 months from expiration.
What is the return policy?
There are no returns on pallets. All sales are final.
Can I buy shipping insurance/package protection?
All orders include built in shipping insurance, but also be sure to inspect your pallet well on arrival!
Are you offering discounts on pallets?
Yes. Depending on the size you order, you can receive 10%, 15% or 20% off.
